Brain Storm begins from an additional experimental question:
What becomes visible when relationships among them can also be systematically changed?

A component may perform normally in isolation.
Yet performance can still change when timing, weighting, context, prediction, sequence, or relationships among components change.
Brain Storm treats this as an experimental question—not an established biological explanation.
Capability and coordination are not the same measurement.

EVENT IDENTITY + TIME
Event IDs and timestamps are first-class evidence infrastructure. Timing precision must be physically validated, not assumed from timestamp availability.
COORDINATE DISTINCTION
Physical / metric coordinates and rendered / virtual coordinates remain conceptually distinguishable.
SEPARATE RECORDS
Commands, observations, and responses remain distinct records in the evidence trail.
CURRENT SCOPE
The current development focus remains a single-user experimental platform.
A command is not an observation. An observation is not an outcome.

How should competing models be compared?
How precisely must timing, coordinates, event identity, and observation be captured for experiments to be reproducible?
These are questions to investigate—not established therapeutic conclusions.
TIMING, DETERMINISM, AND OBSERVABILITY
Brain Storm is designing timing, deterministic event identity, logging, and observation as first-class parts of the platform.
Timestamp availability does not by itself establish research-grade timing precision.
The goal is to make it increasingly possible to reconstruct:
what was intended
what was commanded
when it occurred
what was observed
what followed
Measurement infrastructure is part of the experiment.
